The Yorgancılar Family, Teak Capital, and Tangor Capital Announce Strategic Partnership Bringing Together YORGLASS and VETRERIE RIUNITE GROUP

The Yorgancılar Family, Teak Capital, and Tangor Capital are pleased to announce a strategic partnership that brings together YORGLASS and VETRERIE RIUNITE (VR) GROUP under joint ownership.
Under the terms of the signed agreement, the Yorgancılar Family will acquire a significant stake in Vetrerie Riunite (VR) Group, while Teak Capital and Tangor Capital will become shareholders in Yorglass. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
This partnership represents a long-term commitment to growth, innovation, and operational excellence. By combining their strengths, Yorglass and VR Group aim to enhance efficiency, share technology and best practices, and expand their global reach with a stronger and more diversified industrial structure. The partnership will also promote joint R&D initiatives and create new professional opportunities for employees through increased international collaboration.
Fabrizio Missich, currently CEO of Yorglass and designated to serve as CEO of the new partnership, shared his views:

Manuel Loureiro, currently CEO of VR Group and set to join the boards of both companies upon completion of the transaction, added:
