The Yorgancılar Family who are the shareholders of Yorglass Endüstriyel Cam Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş, and Teak Capital and Tangor Capital which are the shareholders of the Vetrerie Riunite Group have mutually agreed to terminate the agreement they had signed on June 12, 2025 to bring Yorglass and Vetrerie Riunite under common ownership and have terminated their discussions.
