About Fabrizio Missich
Born in İzmir in 1970, Fabrizio Missich graduated from İzmir Turkish College before earning his degree in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University. He began his career in 1995 at Cam Merkezi Yorim as a Marketing Executive and was promoted to Marketing Manager for Architectural Glass in 1997. In 2002, he became Deputy General Manager of the Yorim Gebze Plant and was appointed General Manager in 2003, where he successfully led the transition from architectural to industrial glass production. During this period, he increased the company’s exports by an average of 30% annually over a decade.
In 2012, Missich assumed the role of General Manager at the Bolu Plant, and in 2014, he was appointed Head of Trading for Cam Merkezi Group. In 2019, during the company’s 45th anniversary, he played a key role in unifying Yorsan, Yorim, and Yorglas under a single corporate identity as Yorglass, where he continued his leadership as Chief Commercial Officer.
Recognized for embodying company values and inspiring employees with his leadership, Missich now takes on the CEO position to continue driving Yorglass forward in its strategic transformation.
